Refund policy

You can change or cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched. All queueing orders placed within our cut-off time of 13:00 (GMT) are packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.

If your order has shipped and not yet been received, due to having been damaged or lost in transit, we will ship your order again at no extra cost, however no cancellation can be applied. Refund can be applied to your order until the item has been received and returned to the original sender address.

We accept all returns within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be unopened, in their original packaging and returned to the original sender address. Once received, refunds will be paid in full, minus any delivery costs.
